If at first the idea
is not absurd, then there is no hope
for it.

business model

At innovationpoint everything starts with ideas, which are generated by our staff, result from challenges of other corporations, suggestions of consumers or through idea contests.

The idea is evaluated in terms of its potential, from the perspective of originality and creation of value, and always in the context of a business opportunity.

The idea incubation stage aims to answer questions like: Does it work? Do we have the know-how? Is it cost effective? Does it create value for customers?

Following idea incubation there is development, which typically includes research, design and prototyping, and may take place exclusively at innovationpoint, through a partnership with universities or research centres, or alternatively through outsourcing procedures.

Having completed the prototype, and when appropriated, intellectual property protection mechanisms are triggered and patents or copyright are registered.

Commercialization is made either directly by innovationpoint electronic channels or through licensing to third parties.
